Prescriptions & safety
Our doctors follow India’s Telemedicine Practice Guidelines (2020). Some medicines are permitted for tele-consults (List O/A/B), while Schedule X and NDPS-listed drugs cannot be prescribed online; such cases will be directed for in-person care when required.

Is Virtual OPD right for me?
Great for non-emergency issues, follow-ups, second opinions, and routine management. For red-flag symptoms, please seek urgent in-person care.
Can I get a prescription?
Yes—within telemedicine rules and only where safe and clinically indicated. Some drugs cannot be issued online (e.g., Schedule X/NDPS).
What if I need tests or admission?
We’ll coordinate diagnostics, home-based support, or hospital admission planning through our network, so your care stays continuous.
What are your hours?
Your site lists business hours as Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, Sat 10:00 AM–2:00 PM (IST). Virtual slots generally follow these, with occasional extensions by specialty.
